About the development

Over the past three to four years, the company has implemented a multi-stage development programme to build competitiveness and join domestic and international supply chains. This was carried out within a comprehensive development plan covering product development, the introduction of innovative processes, automation and digitalisation, capacity expansion, efficiency improvements and employee training.

Over the past 28 years, both independently and in cooperation with successful Hungarian companies, we have become a Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier to numerous vehicle manufacturers and automotive industry companies.

In rear-view mirror production, we expanded capacity and introduced automation by purchasing three machines: one automatic CNC glass-cutting machine, one automatic parts-removal robot and one dedicated automated machine for bonding rear-view mirrors.

The development enables the production of both small and large batches of commercial vehicle rear-view mirrors, as well as the simultaneous manufacture of multiple products. Switching between products will also become easier, saving time.

Despite the automation, the company can retain its current employees. Further workforce expansion is also expected as supplier relationships become increasingly secure.
