Developing Sonic Mirror Kft.’s production and marketing innovation capabilities

Sonic Mirror Kft. is implementing a technological and business process development project to modernise its automotive component manufacturing activities and further strengthen its competitiveness. The development is being carried out under the Széchenyi Terv Plusz programme with the help of HUF 23.67 million in non-repayable European Union funding.

The project aims to increase the efficiency of manufacturing processes and develop marketing activities into a deliberate, structured business process. The investment is taking place at the company’s Inárcs site with support from the GINOP_PLUSZ-2.1.3-24 funding scheme. The company manufactures rear-view mirrors and mirror heating units for passenger cars and commercial vehicles, which play an important role in the automotive supply chain.

The project includes the acquisition of modern technological equipment that will make a significant contribution to modernising manufacturing processes. The new inkjet marking equipment automatically prints product identifiers, while upgrading the control system of the screen-printing line will enable partial automation of the printing and curing processes.

The investment will reduce the proportion of manual work, increase manufacturing efficiency and further improve the consistency of product quality.

The development also covers the renewal of the company’s marketing and customer relationship activities. This includes establishing a modern partner communication system, introducing newsletter communications, developing search engine optimised online content and managing customer relationship information more effectively. The new processes aim to strengthen the company’s market presence and develop relationships with existing and prospective partners.

As a result of the project, Sonic Mirror Kft. will be able to operate in a more modern, partially automated production environment, while its marketing and customer relationship systems will provide a higher level of support for achieving the company’s business objectives.
